Live Love Work Psychology is a clinical psychology practice located in Paddington, Brisbane.
At our private practice, we work holistically with individuals to help them live well, love life and work towards flourishing. We do this by helping people respond differently to unhelpful thoughts, feelings or behaviours through a practice that allows them to develop an improved personal relationship with themselves.

Who we are?
Live Love Work Psychology is owned and operated by Rhonda.
Rhonda is a Brisbane Psychologist, with an endorsement in Clinical Psychology. In this private practice, Rhonda provides individual counselling for adults from all walks of life, and has a particular interest in lifestyle medicine and women’s wellbeing.

We Provide Clinical Psychology to Adults
We recognise that people exist in a biological, psychological and social context
We use non-medication-based approaches to help reduce mental health distress and to enhance wellbeing. This may also include addressing common lifestyle medicine factors such as diet/nutrition, physical activity, smoking cessation, alcohol harm reduction, sleep, stress, and social connection.
Rhonda can assist with:
- Anxiety (generalised anxiety, panic, social anxiety)
- Depression or chronic sadness
- Support through times of grief (including pet loss)
- Adjustment to life transitions and changes, including perimenopause and menopause

Women’s wellbeing
Rhonda assists women with a range of health issues, including perimenopause and menopause. She helps women to focus on their own mental health needs and develop more resilience, including self-growth.
Lifestyle Medicine
Lifestyle medicine focuses on providing the necessary steps and support to help individuals create and maintain behavioural change around certain lifestyle issues that may be harming their lives.
Rhonda provides psychology services that assist her clients implement lifestyle change goals including:
- Poor diet/nutrition
- Physical inactivity
- Smoking cessation
- Alcohol harm reduction
- Insomnia and poor sleep
- Chronic stress
- Lack of social connection
Telehealth
If you’re unable to attend a session in person, we offer telehealth sessions in the form of video or telephone calls. We use a secure and confidential video conferencing program, but one that is easy to use and requires no prior set-up.

At Live Love Work Psychology, we offer in-person and virtual individual therapy sessions. Telehealth sessions are currently eligible for Medicare rebates with a referral from your GP.
We are located in the inner Brisbane suburb of Paddington, just 2kms from the Brisbane CBD, inside The Work Well Health Centre (opposite Paddington Central shopping centre).
A small car park is located on-site (entry via Ellena Street) and there is on-street parking.
