About Us
Focused on Helping You Flourish.
Live Love Work Psychology is a clinical psychology practice located in Paddington, Brisbane. At our private practice, we work holistically with adults in individual therapy to help them live well, love life and work towards optimal mental health and flourishing. We provide evidence-based treatment to help people respond differently to unhelpful thoughts, feelings or behaviours, that allows them to develop an improved personal relationship with themselves.
Our psychologist also works with women’s wellbeing, including perimenopause and menopause.
Our Story
Our vision for Live Love Work Psychology was to create a clinical psychology practice that also had a focus on lifestyle medicine and women’s health.
At Live Love Work Psychology, we use non-medication-based approaches to help reduce mental health distress and to enhance wellbeing, while recognising that people exist in a biological, psychological and social context.
